Get credit for the work you did.
wrk.wise shows you exactly what to do next, and keeps a record of every task you finish, from the first week of the year to the last.
You did the work. Someone else got the credit.
You help on tasks, carry the hard ones and keep things moving. But when nothing is written down, the work disappears, and appraisal time only remembers the last few weeks.
Three people did the work. Only one name was left at the end.
Let the work speak for itself.
When your company runs its work in wrk.wise, every task comes from a clear process, and every task you finish is saved. Here's what that means for you.
“What's next after this?”
Every task shows the whole process: your step, what to fill in, when it's due and who takes it next. When you finish, the next person gets their task, so nobody has to ask you to pass it on.
Clear process“Will anyone know I helped?”
Every task can name who did it, who answered for it and who helped, so everyone who worked on it gets the credit.
Shared credit“What if I need more time?”
You can ask for a new deadline with a reason. Once it's approved, it's on record, and a hard task that runs long isn't judged like a routine one that's late.
Fair deadlines“Does the whole year count?”
Your record builds from your first task, and you don't have to log anything. Every task you've finished stays in your Archive, so your year of work is always there to see.
Work records“Do I get a say?”
You rate your colleagues and your manager too, using the same guide for what each score means. Feedback is handled by HR.

Questions employees ask about wrk.wise
Is wrk.wise tracking what I do all day?
No. wrk.wise records the tasks you do in it, and nothing else. The record is there to show the work you carried, so quiet, steady work gets counted too.
Can I see my own record?
Yes. Every task you've worked on, including finished ones, is in your Archive. Your appraisal score is handled by HR.
Will my manager know what I said about them?
Feedback is handled by HR. In the standard setup, it's anonymous, so your manager sees the feedback, not who gave it. Your HR team can tell you how your company has set it up.
Will this add extra work for me?
No. Your tasks in wrk.wise are the work you already do, laid out step by step. There's nothing extra to log or report.
What if I'm on leave?
Before you go, your tasks can go to a replacement, with your manager's approval. When you're back, the record shows who did what.
