A message from our founder
Work slowed down because ownership was unclear
Throughout my experience working with businesses, I noticed a common challenge that had little to do with effort, talent or expertise. Work often slowed down because ownership was unclear.
Tasks remained unfinished because no one knew who was responsible. Teams operated with good intentions, yet managers struggled to see where work was getting stuck.
Too often, conversations became
“It’s not my job.”
“I didn’t know I was responsible.”
“I thought someone else was handling it.”
What stood out to me was that this wasn’t necessarily an employee problem. It was a systems problem. When responsibilities, processes and expectations aren’t clearly defined, accountability becomes difficult and visibility disappears. Even the best teams can struggle to execute consistently.
